Last summer, a senior CDC scientist–Dr. William Thompson–admitted that the CDC altered data that showed the MMR vaccine was associated with autism. In fact, the original CDC data showed that the MMR vaccine, when given before 36 months of age was associated with a 240% increase in autism in African American children. Furthermore, there was a 69% increase in autism in any male child who received the vaccine before 36 months of age. Where is the outrage? Where are the marches? Where are the media reports? If this information is true, tens of thousands of children may have been harmed from receiving a vaccine—MMR–over the last 11 years.
It is now July, 2015. Nearly one year later and nothing has happened. Zip. Zero. No Testimony. No hearing. No nothing. Why?
Recall from my previous blog posts that Dr. Thompson was a co-author on a crucial 2014 CDC research article that exonerated the link between the MMR vaccine and autism. Under emotional and mental distress over what happened, Dr. Thompson contacted Brian Hooker, PhD who has a son with autism caused by vaccine injury. Dr. Thompson gave Dr. Hooker the missing 2004 data which Dr. Hooker published in the Translational Neurodegeneration Journal. (1) Of course, the Powers-That-Be had the study removed because “…of serious concerns about the validity of the conclusions.” The earlier 2004 CDC study (2) is still available even though an author of the study—Dr. Thompson—has publicly admitted the data was falsified.
In August, 2014, Dr. Thompson stated, “It’s the lowest point of my career that I went along with that {2004} paper. We did not report significant findings. I am completely ashamed of what I did. I have great shame now that I was complicit…I went along with this. I have great shame now, when I meet families with autism because I have been part of the problem. The higher-ups wanted to do certain things, and I went along with it.”
Think about it. If Dr. Thompson is correct and the higher-ups at the CDC lied and hid data implicating a link between the MMR vaccine and autism, then heads need to roll at the CDC. If the CDC truly hid the data, I guess Robert Kennedy Jr.’s characterization of the CDC as “a cesspool of corruption” will be verified.
Folks, we need to act. The reason nothing is happening is because the Powers-That-Be want it that way. Nothing will happen if we don’t make our voices heard. The only way Dr. Thompson’s story will be heard, under oath, is at a Congressional hearing. Congressman Jason Chaffetz is going to hold hearings on this matter this fall and invite Dr. Thompson to testify. It is important that we all contact the Congressional Oversight and Reform Office (reporttoogr@mail.house.gov ) and request that he subpoena Dr. Thompson. Dr. Thompson will not be able to speak freely unless it is under subpoena. Why, you may ask does Dr. Thompson need to be subpoenaed? Because the CDC will not let him speak out without a subpoena. It matters implicitly. In most hearings, Federal participants are encouraged to participate but not required. A subpoena would require an appearance by Thompson and that would preclude his superiors at the CDC from telling him NOT to testify. And, you can guarantee that his superiors would tell him not to testify.
It is time to clean up the CDC cesspool. Dr. Thompson must speak, under oath. We all need to email The Congressional Oversight and Reform Office today!! Hi, I think people are too sick to complain. Parents eating gluten/dairy/soy/sugar/GMO maybe sick and very passive and not know how to help and are low in money. Sick people are passive sometimes. Others may have to help them.

On a personal note, I’ve been against vaccines ever since I read, “Evidence of Harm” written by David Kirby in 2005. This book is full of so much research against vaccines, that I refused to get any vaccines after that. What shocked me was how so many other countries are ahead of the U.S. in health issues. I went ahead & sent a letter. I am so frustrated with the CDC. I have 2 young children & they send me letters now letting me know what immunizations my children MUST have. God help us if the state of Michigan follows suit with what California has elected! This has nothing to do with health….just greed!

Let’s also talk about the downside of not vaccinating for measles.
According to the Wikiepedia:
“The risk of death among those infected is usually 0.2%, but may be up to 10% in those who have malnutrition.”
If you look at the government statistics on the number of children under the age of 5 [http://www.childstats.gov/AMERICASCHILDREN/tables/pop1.asp], it gives about 24 million kids.
If they were all to get measle it would result in about 48,000 deaths. About the same as the number
of soldier killed in the Vietnam war.
The Wikiepedia also states: “Measles affects about 20 million people a year, primarily in the developing areas of Africa and Asia. It causes the most vaccine-preventable deaths of any disease. It resulted in about 96,000 deaths in 2013, down from 545,000 deaths in 1990. In 1980, the disease is estimated to have caused 2.6 million deaths per year. Before immunization in the United States between three and four million cases occurred each year. Most of those who are infected and who die are less than five years old.”
I didn’t get a measles vaccine when I was a little kid because it didn’t exist yet. I’m 62 and I still remember it.
It is absolutely the sickest I’ve ever been. And we haven’t gotten to mumps and rubella yet. Do some homework.
The US is measle free and I’d like to keep it that way.

You bring up some good points. Measles is a benign illness for the vast majority in a WESTERN country with appropriate sanitation measures. I have no doubt that vaccination works to decrease the incidence of measles, just as the chicken pox vaccine does. However, that does not necessarily make us healthier. And, it is well known that vaccination does NOT guarantee life-long immunity as the wild-type virus does. Yes, we have less measles and chickenpox (as well as other vaccinated illnesses). Are our children healthier for it? The answer to this question is not clear. Each generation of children is sicker than the previous–more allergies, autoimmune and chronic disorders, and cancer. It would be nice if the CDC did its job and do the proper studies.
What I am against is mandatory vaccination. If a parent does not want mercury, formaldehyde, aluminum, msg, and other substances injected into their child then they should have that choice.
More vaccinations have not made our children healthier.
And, you did not touch on the CDC whistleblower. If the CDC hid the data, that must come out.

Hi Dr. B. I have a 4 year old daughter who I placed on a delayed vaccine schedule as a result of my research into vaccines. I thought you’d be interested to see a letter I received from my pediatrician recently (see below). New York State is now requiring two MMR’s and two varicella’s by 1st grade. It’s truly unbelievable… Where is the science to prove that more vaccinations are truly required/advisable?

The New York State Department of Health has changed the vaccine guidelines again this year for the upcoming 2015-2016 school year. These changes are effective July 1, 2015. It is now required for all students entering school from grades Kindergarten through 12th grade to have 2 doses of the MMR. It is now required for all students entering 1st grade to have a 2nd dose of the Varicella vaccine.
We are informing all of our patients so they can schedule the appropriate vaccine appointments before September 1, 2015. We are attaching a link below provided by the NYS Department of Education with the new and old vaccine requirements for school.

So many of the situations are truly unbelievable. It is a disgrace that they exist but criminal that they are not addressed when identified. I hope that some of these unethical acts start to be prosecuted by DA’s across the country, as there must be laws on the books for the grave public endangerment that manipulating medical studies produces..

This is an issue I feel strongly about and have sent an e-mail. Thank you for including the information. I have also shared this with other people in hopes we can get this issue out in front of the public once again. I read recently that California is proposing a law to FORCE all ADULTS to get certain vaccines, too. God help us! This old lady will NOT ever comply if it comes to my state!
The corruption does not end with the CDC, but with the government as a whole, along with Big Business. I have a recovered autistic daughter, damaged by the Hep-B and many other vaccines. She is 95% recovered today, thanks to Dr. Jerry Kartzinel and the DAN! movement. Yes, you read that correctly, recovered. Our testimony, along with hundreds of other recovered kids, were sent to Julie Gerberding, then the head of the CDC. You would think, if the CDC / government wanted to know how autistic kids were getting recovered, they’d come beating on my door. 7 years later, and still waiting. Oh, BTW, after the CDC, gerberding took a job with Merck !

We need to get out there and make our voices heard. Too many children are getting injured, and even killed from these
vaccines. There is no compassion in the medical industry, only lies and deceit, to fill the pocketbooks of Congressman, FDA, and the medical industry.
