Found an interesting article about how they work in synergy
I have swapped to T4 now for a while I take GH, this was mostly from recommendations of a close friend who studies in this area, he mentioned that the t3 would-be more dangerous when using GH, anyways I swapped and I can actually say I have seen small difference, it is only little but the condition seems better.
I assume it is different between individuals.
But...why would you take HGH without testosterone?
Anyway, T4 is less reactive than T3, but also less dangerous. I think you are wrong when you say that you were tired because you low thyroid hormones levels, especially if you were taking T4. When you take T4, the hormone levels in your blood increase, but only the natural production decreases, due to the negative feedback that occurs on the thyroid-pituitary gland- hypothalamus axis.
It depends on your preference. But a small dosage will do no harm.
Actually, a small dosage may do more harm than good. Using a small dosage won't bring any positive effects or at least you wouldn't be able to notice them. However, a small dosage will decrease the activity of the thyroid and will alter the physiology of the thyroid-pituitary gland-hypothalamus axis. Definitely not worth it. If you are going to take T4, at least take the proper dosage or don't take it at all.
