I have read alot about it myself and one conclusion I've made is the fact that we all respond differently to every thing. Very difficult to find a concrete answer in general that will fit everybody's goals. This is why I like to try things out.

You should only take it if you are running high dose of hgh. It takes away lethargy

Once I included T4, I did actually get greater results, I am not sure if it had to do with that.. It was about 16weeks into my HGH journey and it was starting to be more effective or maybe not, but I'll most likely use them together for now on.

Found an interesting article about how they work in synergy
I have swapped to T4 now for a while I take GH, this was mostly from recommendations of a close friend who studies in this area, he mentioned that the t3 would-be more dangerous when using GH, anyways I swapped and I can actually say I have seen small difference, it is only little but the condition seems better.

I assume it is different between individuals.

what is a recommended dosage for the T4?
is it best to be around the lower side instead of the higher?

I have never went any higher than 200mcg T4. Typical dosage is 100mcg though

Yeah that is what I typically use around 100mcg T4 but I have gone up to 200 mcg when I felt the need to, when I am on HGH I always use a small dosage of T4.

From what I understand, T3 and mostly T4 are awesome additions to a HGH cycle if you get very fatigued. They kind of fight that side-effect.

I thought that I am exhausted all of the time because of low testosterone levels. now I found out it was mainly because low thyroid levels..! Still looking to hear some additional info on good doses for T4.

But...why would you take HGH without testosterone?

Anyway, T4 is less reactive than T3, but also less dangerous. I think you are wrong when you say that you were tired because you low thyroid hormones levels, especially if you were taking T4. When you take T4, the hormone levels in your blood increase, but only the natural production decreases, due to the negative feedback that occurs on the thyroid-pituitary gland- hypothalamus axis.

It depends on your preference. But a small dosage will do no harm.

Actually, a small dosage may do more harm than good. Using a small dosage won't bring any positive effects or at least you wouldn't be able to notice them. However, a small dosage will decrease the activity of the thyroid and will alter the physiology of the thyroid-pituitary gland-hypothalamus axis. Definitely not worth it. If you are going to take T4, at least take the proper dosage or don't take it at all.
