    hgh protocol

    What do you think of this 6 months HGH protocol???

    1st month: 2iu's every other day

    2nd, 3rd, 4th month: 3iu's Mon-Fri

    5th, 6th month: 4iu's Mon-Fri

    That is total of 400iu's so 4 kits for hgh. What would be more cost effective..? To run it this way, or use it for let's say 3 months at a higher dose.. 5iu's every day?

    Goal is to add lean body mass, while staying lean..

    3 months at 5iu's will not give you alot of mass... and the protocol above will keep you lean and make you even leaner but adding lean muscle mass? In my opinion you would get much better effects by simply running some long ester testosterone and it is also cheap as chips.. HGH is not some miracle drug.

    If you are going to run that protocol then don't expect any lean muscle mass.. If you want to see muscle gains then stack your HGH with steroids. Also research indicates that for bulking every other day injections are better.. 6-8iu's every other day (depends on the quality of your hgh). But anyway if you gonna use HGH on it's own then you will not be happy with the results.

    How old are you dude?

    If you are still in your 20's then I don't see a point in running HGH for you. Better invest that money somewhere. Because young guys still produce quite alot of their natural growth hormone and you won't see much benefits from small dose of HGH..
    It's entirely different for men in their 40's.. Their bodies don't produce much of growth hormone anymore and they can see really nice effects even on small doses.
    The protocol above looks good for a 40 year old, but there is no reason to run it for 25 year old, but you can do whatever you want if you have enough money to waste.
