Is it bad that I am eating about 50 minutes after my GHRP-6 injection? Would it make any difference?
I know that recommended time is about 20 minutes after an injection. But the thing is that after injection I am driving to my work place and can't eat until then.
It is important to wait those 20 minutes before eating or else food will blunt growth hormone release, but you can definitely wait longer before eating.
Some people inject it right before going to sleep without eating at all, some people use it before their fasted cardio so I don't think it is a problem.
There is no recommended time, as long as you don't eat right after or about an hour before peptide injection because then food blunts growth hormone release.
Okay thanks for clarifying. But it is pretty hard to be honest to wait those 50 minutes! Sometimes I drive in mc donalds on the way to work, because the hunger is unbearable. I'll probably take something from home, so I can eat more healthy during that time.
One more question, roughly how long after eating should I wait before injecting ghrp-6 so the food doesn't blunt gh pulse?

You should leave atleast 30 mins before/after injection. And wait 3 hours or more between injections.Originally Posted by KP6
