I always get higher blood pressure even at 500mg test/week and want to take some supplement before asking my doctor for prescrition medicine. Maybe there is a good supplement available?

I'm a huge fan of olive leaf extract. I take it regularly to support my heart, and I find it definitely helps maintain a healthy blood pressure.
Thanks you guys, sounds good so far. I also read about garlic extract which might help, any thoughts?
Have to look into olive leaf extract now, this is absolutely new to me.
You may want to try COQ10 as well, It is very helpful with heart function and is a major anti oxidant. You can buy BP control meds which are a combination of natural elements but I didn't find them that helpful they just made me Pee all the time. Try a short trial on some of these things, but if they don't help significantly, please get prescription meds. Your life could depend on it,
Hispiscus tea has been shown to lower BP as much as an ace inhibitor.
Brew it up at home using the leaves and then drink 3 cups per day.
1. Glisodin
2. Niacin
3. Fish oil
4. POM extract
