What are you aiming to do? burn some fat? or are your goals aimed towards building muscle?
Sorry, I should have specified that. My goal right now is to lose fat.
I think that peptides, weights, then cardio. If I recall correctly it takes about 3 hours (post pep) for the fat to be released into the blood for burning.
