What is your opinion on HMG vs. HCG? What is your experience with HMG?
HMG is ridiculously expensive. I couldn't find a pharmacy that carried it. Not even my usual specialty compounding pharmacy. Insurance would never cover it for off label use.
I have a good source. It's around $24 for 75iu And $38 for 150iu... Not cheap but cheaper than others. I've just never used it, always gone the HCG route.
I have not found it to be of an added benefit, but believe there might be in selected cases.
How you choose hcg dosages during cycle? 250-500iu e3d. Check testicle response? Or?

Think that there was a study that shown that 500iu eod on athletes abusing "masive doses" of anabolics helped maintain fertility and testicular function. I saw it in a presentation. I forgot to ask the presenter for more information about the study so I don't have it. If anyone has it please let me know! Thank you!
I read the study, at 250iu every other day 96% of ITT was kept, so 500iu twice a week during seems to be a good number, I used this myself and recovery really was never an issue as long as the hCG was good.
Twice a week 500iu gives me puffy nippels so I'm back at once a week. Isn't that enough ?
Take nolva if you got puffy nipples, or even an AI if you are using steroids that aromatize.
Nolva makes me feel really depressed so aromasin might be an good idea. But I wonder if more than 500iu hcg a week is really necessary.
Anastrozole I like this one the best, aromasin in my opinion was garbage. Yes, more than 500iu per week would be needed.

Both mention eod injections. However, there have been studies/empirical work suggesting that 250iu x2 (2 days before and 1 day before the test injection) can help maintain fertility while on TRT dose. I am unsure as to what is the best.
