    There is no need to freak out. That is really normal. As what others have said, it is a positive sign that what you have taken is a legit one.

    each one of the 2894 cells we made will have 3 x 10^8 hemoglobin molecules
    we need to find how many they make total thus:
    2894*(3 x 10^8) = 8.682 x 10^11 or 9 x 10^11 hG molecules

    we know that the alpha chain having 146 Amino Acids must have 145 peptide bonds
    seeing as there are 2 per molecule we times that number by two
    2x145=290
    we know that the beta chains having 144 Amino Acids have 143 peptide bonds
    seeing as there are 2 per molecule we times that number by two
    2x143=286

    for every Hemoglobin there are 290 peptide bonds from Alpha chains and 286 from Beta
    we can add those together to find the number of bonds per Hemoglobin
    290+286=576

    We then times this by the number of Hemoglobin made per second to find how many peptide bonds are formed every second.

    576*(9x10^11)=5.184x10^14 or 5x10^14

    This is the mathematical way to do it. However each bond isn't made at the same time and would depend on the speed of translation. That would be a whole other question and I think is out of scope of your question
    what the hell is this? and how it is related to this thread?

    As others have already said on the thread, joint pains are one of the most common side effects associated with this so its definitely not worth worrying about.

    Some people are lucky and don't get any side effects at all, while others get them all. Either way aslong as its a normal side effect, and this is, just carry on doing what your doing.
