pct after 4 week cycle

I am 4 weeks into a testosterone E cycle, 500mg/week. I was planning to do 12wks but unfortunately gotta finish it now.
Do I have to do PCT? I have Nolvadex, Clomid and A-dex available for PCT and wanted to ask what sort of PCT should I do, and will this be enough?

Also I didn't used Arimidex through the cycle.
I am 22 yrs . old and this is my 1st cycle.

You don't need to take Arimidex during your PCT.

I've been researching and found something like this:
nolvadex week 1 to 4 20mg/ED
clomid week 1-2 100mg/ED, week 3-4 50mg/ED

I'm still not sure since I have only injected four times, if it's best to run it like this. I definitely want maximum chances at complete recovery and I am fine with running it for longer period of time if it improves my chances.
How do you think I should run it?

3 weeks for test enan. the half-life is two weeks... this means you still have a large part of it in your system. Wait 3 weeks and let it to totally clear and then start PCT.

It's not really 2 weeks, but rather one week and a half. You could start Nolvadex now, honestly, although I doubt you really need something else than Clomid for this cycle. You could rely only on Clomid and maybe buy some Heracleum extract from a local drugstore.

Well, I also suggest that he should start his PCT as early as now. Though I also recommend Nolvadex, I don't think he also needs Clomid or other products. Anyway, there is no doubt that you should do PCT. Don't take any advice telling you not to do PCT. Okay?

Everybody has slightly different metabolisms, but yes most commonly it's 10 days. But I'm usually starting my SERM PCT after 2 weeks so I'm sure it's completely cleared.
