Some of the gym routines on here that have been posted, aren't you guys over doing things? Going to the gym 4 times a week doing 5/6 hour sessions is way to much in my opinion and your running the risk of over training.
Rest days are almost as important as gym days, as we are all aware, and that's when the muscles become strong and bigger, when they're healing on the rest days.
3 hour sessions, 4 times a week with a recovery day in between is more than enough in my opinion.
