How to say it is too much?

I have a friend who I think is overdoing it. I mean he used to look good and all but he started to exaggerate things and I feel like he is going to burst at any moment because he is very huge! Can you help me how to tell him enough is enough? Would peptides also help him to trim down to a more "acceptable" figure? Thank you!

If you are real friends, then you can say it as bluntly as you can and he would understand. But if you have reservations or if your friend is not good in taking criticisms as such, you can try and sound really worried so that he would be bothered and would start listening to you. Or convince him to join you in visiting a doctor so that he would know that he looks different and unhealthy already.

You can just tell your friend that you think he looks good now and that he should just maintain. Ask what his goal really is. If he wants to be like a real version of the hulk, I am sorry to say, but there is no stopping him. I have a friend who does the same thing so I just tell him that it is okay as long as he is not going to blow up any time soon.

As above, generally people set on the path of getting truly massive will stop at nothing, whether the end result is what they want or a serious illness.
Either of the above methods could work, it truly depends on him though - what is he more likely to respond to?
Another side to look at is; is it too much for him?
Personally I don't think people should be doing a lot of things, but if it's safe, or to themselves, or even if its been done before then it's probably not that bad - try to look at it from his perspective.
Its when people start pushing their physical boundaries that things start to get messy.

You may feel like she's doing too much, but only she knows her body. You could try asking her for what kind of goals she has. If you start seeing some unwanted effect then it may time for you to say it bluntly and try to stop things now before it gets worse.

Just tell him straight to the point. Tell him that you think his previous body was way better than the current one now. I also used to dislike how my boyfriend's body turned after using too much peptides. So, I decided to tell him immediately. Just reduce or stop the use of peptides. My boyfriend chose to only reduce his intake instead of completely stopping.

What peptideguru said is true. If someone's goal is to have bulges and massive muscles then he's not going to stop at anything. Maybe you're not into this and see it as a terrible thing, but your friend is happy. If he's not having any health issues why would it matter to you? People who use peptides or other stuff usually do their research and use things that have been used in the past and that are tested. You should only worry if he has health problems, but if all that worries you is that he's so big that he's about to explode then the one who doesn't get it is you, not him.

True friends would understand what is on your mind so if you and your friend know each other so well, it would be easier for you to tell him straight up. If you think he is overdoing it, you can tell him without batting an eyelash. But if he is sensitive, well, I think you just let him be as long as he feels good about himself.

I think it is difficult for a man to swallow his pride and get a woman's comment. But if you are good friends, he would understand that you are just concerned about his welfare. If he looks happy and does not have any health issues, just let him be. Do not worry, bursting people only happen in the movies... well, except that one I saw on YouTube that popped his anus out.

You really have to ask him questions first like how does he feel. If you think it is affecting his health conditions, warn him about it. But if not, you can just tell him that you support him for as long as it does not post risk to his health. What your friend needs now is encouragement because it is hard to get a bulky body as it takes a lot of dedication. It is his achievement.

I think it should depend on the dosage. Some people just take too much peptides than the normal dose not rally knowing how much it can affect them. But if he has been taking low doses over a long period, then he is probably okay.

If he is man enough, he would take your advice. But what I think is that it depends on how he defines enough. If he thinks what he has right now does not fulfill his wants, then he would not stop. No one can stop him. Just make sure though that you are always there to support him when he needs it. I know a lot of big men that are actually a bit sensitive so you have to be careful with how you talk to them.

I think you should base your dose on your BMI. My friends, who have been using peptides and hgh for quite a long time, told me that you can actually ingest high dose of these supplements, but never ever take anything that is too high for your current BMI. Remember that bodybuilding should not just rely on the effect of these supplements. We should also do some hard work. We should exercise and train ourselves to be disciplined in eating and working out.

He would understand you if you say it is already enough. If he takes your opinion positively or not, it is up to him. You just voiced out your opinion. However, you have to also consider how it has affected your friend as a whole. Do you think he feels way better now compared before? Do you think he is more confident now? You just have to weigh things before you say something. But friends are friends.

But maybe he has some specific goals. Why would you ruin them based solely on what you think?
Maybe he decided that he wanted to compete. There is nothing wrong with preparing for a bodybuilding competition, even if it involves a bulking period, in which most of the athletes, especially the ones from a heavy weight class, become insanely big.

I don't agree about BMI. I used to be fat and BMI was showing that I was normal, healthy weight for my height, that's because I had no muscle mass. But now I look very fit and BMI is saying that I'm obese..
Just look at this guy.. http://i0.wp.com/paleozonenutrition.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/sonny-bill.jpg?fit=300%2C300
He is a pro rugby player and his BMI is 30, so that's obese, right?

I think you are right. Sometimes, BMI does not really point your real case. So, anyway, how do you base your dose on hgh? Do you just ingest it according to how much you want to take? How do we really know if it is the right dose we are taking?

It actually depends on your goal. Most often than not, people who use hgh for anti-aging purposes take 2 IU a day. If you want to use it for bodybuilding or weight loss, then try using 4 IU a day. You can increase your dose to 6 IU a day if you want faster result!

Yes 4 to 6 IU per day is recommended for those who are interested in losing weight or bodybuilding. However, you should not forget that when using 4 IU or more, you should split your ingestion in 2. Take 2 IU in the morning and another 2 IU in the afternoon.

You hit the bull's eye! Yeah. And never ever take growth hormone before bedtime. If you do that, then there is a possibility that it would interfere with the release of your endogenous HGH release. It's a good thing that someone reminded me to share this info!
