Physical ED very rarely occurs in people - it's actually a psychological issue that people don't realise they have, so PT141 will help with 90-something% of people.
There's also many reports of a 'feel-good' attitude relating to its use, most likely from gained sexual performance you may have been lacking, or just for the knowledge you'll perform better than usual.
In female subjects, it's almost exactly the same, longevity isn't a factor, but increased frequency, duration and power of orgasms is reported - as well as increased sex drive.
I'm surprised people have heard of PT141 for other effects, as it was created by Palatin specifically for that effect, and I've not actually heard of it being used for any other means!
