    Your suggestions seem to be unfamiliar compared to the others' opinion. However, I do believe that these are effective as well. I just don't know how some of these would help. I mean, do you have any scientific explanation on some of these (especially your #1 and #2 suggestions)?

    It sounds like you are on to something with what you are doing in terms of the natural way to increase growth hormone. It sounds like a good way to do it and one that you could use to get the results you need. Some of the people who take peptides might be able to get some of the same results if they took a natural route to increasing their growth hormone. Of course, I am not sure!

    I tried taking the natural route before, but I am not satisfied with the result. Though I can say that there is still a fruit of what I do. However, it is not a good as the result I get when I am using peptides. Probably, it is because I am already in my late 40s. The production of my growth hormone is not that good anymore.

    I am not so sure about this topic. However, I am still going to voice out my opinion. I think that it is impossible to achieve naturally what you have achieved with the help of peptides unless you are still young. My fat burning process speeds up dramatically right after I started using peptides. if I haven't used it, probably, I am still struggling to lose some weight right now.

    I am not sure if these methods are really effective but these are the things said to be great for increasing your body's growth hormone production naturally:
    1.) Regular exercise
    2.) Weekly Strength Training
    3.) Protein Intake/ Healthy Diet
    4.) Sufficient amount of sleep

    However, I think that none of these is as good as hgh/peptides.

    Well, despite being a long-time user of hgh and peptides and despite being a fitness enthusiast, I don't really know that we can naturally boost our body's hg production. Thanks for starting this thread! I had fun reading all the answers, replies and suggestions in this thread. Great job!
