It is taken with a insulin pin im or sub-q, it should be taken for a max of 50 days ed. It creates more muscle cells which is not like AAS as they increase the size of them.

how come he used it for pct and between cycles, don't you need to stack it with testosterone?

He used it during PCT is because it helps to keep gains from last AAS cycle while reducing BF%, and it helps to restore natural testosterone levels. Also nolva lowers IGF-1 in the body so it's really not a bad idea to take it during PCT

Basically IGF increases the amount of muscle cells that are created in your body. However, it does NOT increase the size of them. If you want to increase muscle cell size, you should probably just use something like AAS.

IGF, or also known as insulin growth factor are composed of proteins almost similar to insulin. It is mainly used or reproduction of cells.

IGF is usually taken with insulin. It increases your muscle cells (it multiplies them), but not the size. If you want more muscle cells, go for IGF, but, if it's an increase in size you want, then go for AAS.

IGF is among the expensive drugs out there. However, it is really worth it. It is the perfect product for those who are interested in creating more muscles to their body. Just to clarify, this does not increase the size of your existing muscles. Unlike other drugs, this is not recommended to be used for a long period of time.
