Week7:4iu/day
(Weight:200 lbs)
- Weight gain stopped. might have something to do with my business trip messing up eating and training schedule.
- Headaches are rare.
- Numb feeling in the hands happening a couple of times a day.. just one hand at the same time.
- thinking about increasing the dose to 5iu/day for 8th week and after that 6 iu/day for 9th week and start AAS.
Thank you for the comment. Simply wanted to provide some details from my experience in terms of side effects and benefits. Didn't actually want to spend time speaking about how my maximum lifts have increased etc.
And about the joints, my shoulders and ankles have all cured good. As far as the knees I've always had knee problems.
However the joint discomfort is one of the most popular side effect I read about. And honestly, it doesn't always happen with me everyday, but sometimes i will get some joint aches out of nothing.. it will last for some time and after that fade away.. it is strange in my opinion.
I'm starting AAS in two weeks.
I've been looking at my TRENBOLON A and TESTOSTERONE P bottles for three or four weeks and I'm surprised that I'm still holding off.
I don't really understand what are the benefits of taking growth hormone for just eight weeks and after that stop.
if you start taking growth hormone, you must take it for a minimum of six months.
otherwise, it's throwing away money..

-Going to switch to new HGH this week.
-Still getting the numbness and tingling side effect in the hands.

Week 9: 5iu/day

-Switched to new HGH. Increased the dose to 5iu.
-Joint discomfort and headaches started again after a few days.. Numbness and tingling in fingers still happening aswell.
-Started my anabolic steroids cycle also (100mg/EOD Testosterone Propionate, 75mg/EOD Trenbolone Acetate)
-Feeling awesome, except that the steroids shots hurt really bad.. haven't used them for a while.
I am definitely following this log. I was thinking about running some thing similar. Will be checking how you're doing. all the best bro.
Hey John, any changes to sex drive, wellbeing, skin etc?
Sex drive: I am always ready to go. So can't really say there is a change. I can promise you there isn't any negative effect.
Wellbeing: I get up in the morning feeling awesome and very well rested every day. And this includes if I happen to go to some club and party. My gf will likely be dead next morning but I'm up and moving.
Skin: At 29 my skin is still fairly good. But I can also say that it looks better since I started HGH.
Week10: 5iu/day

-Random numbness in my hands. Joint pain is minimal and is usually in wrists, elbows, knees and ankles. Sometime I get headaches, but they're short and rare.
-Noticable difference in strength and form of lifting in the gym. Don't feel the joint pain I used to have while training before HGH use.
I also switched to once a day shots few days ago. Just as a test to find out if there is going to be any differences. Up to now all results are exactly the same. Absolutely no change in sleeping patterns or the way I feel when I wake up.
I'm taking my HGH in the afternoon one hour before the gym or in the evening one hour after my training.
What about the body fat, I see that you are up around 16 pounds?
Any change in dieting since starting, how did you get that 16 pounds.. is it all muscle?
My cals are very high and especially since starting the steroid cycle I'm starving all of the time. Sometimes even one hour after I eat.
And about the body fat I have not tested it for awhile. But I can tell that in the mirror I look as lean or even leaner than prior to starting the HGH. And I'm sure that my waistline is the same that I had when I was 192lbs.
I will start doing some cardio in a few weeks. My goal is to gain some lean muscle mass after an injury.
Hopefully I will be able to put on another 10 pounds of lean muscle mass.
The best thing about the HGH and Trenbolon is I can still gain muscle while my body fat reduces.
I also plan to drop the Trenbolone after 8 wks and add some winstrol for four weeks at 100mg a day.
Week11: 5iu/day
(Weight: 210 punds)
Still experience joint pain. Usually feel it in the mornings in my hands and wrists.
- Also, noticing I'm looking a little swollen. No body fat gain on the abs, only that bloated feeling. Might have to do with eating, but can also be combination of HGH and steroids.
- Doing regular cardio now, 40 minutes 3 times a week.
Week 12: 5iu/day

Joint discomfort and numbness subsiding. Going to increase to 6 or even 7iu soon.
