    Well, in my case, my sleep improved. It is not a surprise that we do have different reactions. As I always say, our bodies react differently. I think you will just get used to it in the future.

    Just like most of you in this thread, I can also remember having sleeping troubles before. it feels like I am actually having an insomnia even when I am not insomniac. However, it went away after a few weeks. So, I guess this is normal.
