Please help me figure out how much MT2 to get?

Hello,

I apologize if this question has been answered before.* I looked through the 5 most recent pages and didn't find a clear answer.

I'm a skin type I, never tan and have freckles galore, and weigh 160 lbs.* I don't want to get a dark tan.* I just want to get dark enough to hide the freckles, and be able to spend a couple hours in Oregon's summer sun without burning.

I want enough to maintain through September.* How much should I buy?* *

Looks like you guys over in Oregon don't get to much heat, from a view average weather charts it seems to be around 82-84 degrees fahrenheit in July ( the hottest time of year I assume). This will work but in other months you will need to dose up to get the tan. I recommend going for 500mcg 4 days a week for the seven month span (obviously you will want to build up to that, don't go balls to the wall, right out of the game).

So total 2000mcg per week, then 8,000mcg per month. 8,000 x 7 months is 56,000mcg. Each 10mg vial of MT2 will get you 10,000mcg. Rounding up I would say 6 vials.

WAY to much imo. My first time I ordered 3 vials, and I didnt even use all of it. I was looking like a greek when I was on vacation and that was about 20mg in.

I think it's fair to note that I said so much because of personal experience and what my body is like, I said 6 because I think that is what I need. I personally need a lot of exposure before getting tan (A vial and a half, the rest is then for maintaining). Also if you were trying to tan with an average of 60-65 degree temperature throughout the seven months and the best UV index you will get (UV is the real measure of damage being done to the skin, tanning) is rather poor.

Now if you were to use a tanning booth (I personally don't) I would suggest something entirely different. But anyone should feel free to experiment so they know what they body reacts well to.

Yes, Western Oregon where I live doesn't get much sun or heat most of the year.* People are pretty pale here until July hits.* The other half of Oregon though is a different story; it's mostly high desert and from early May onward everyone looks like they've come straight from Southern California.

I think I'll take the middle road and order 40 and use tanning beds early in the season.

Welcome prairiedreamer, pardon me as I have moved your topic to the supplier discussion forum. Given your freckles, might I suggest investing in only 10mg to gauge whether or not you'll continue. When you state you do not wish to arrive at a dark tan...it makes me nervous to suggest therapy w/ potent melancortins. It's entirely possible with a lot of time, effort & the right genetics you'll end up with a tan that masks your freckles allowing for outdoor exposures.... thank you for posting a great topic before diving in!
