Belgium - where to order

In the past I've ordered from UK companies and the last time I ordered from pepbridge which was cost effective) but today I've heard about a belgian person having ordered from pepbridge and his order is stuck at the customs. Is there a difference between ordering from another european country and from the US? If anyone could tell me where I can order safely the next time ( and cost effective), let me know.
