Hi,
I am new to this forum and need information on how to use PT141 (bremelanotide) to treat erectile dysfunction.I am 44 and have suffered ED(erectile dysfunction) since i was 25 years.
Unfortunately Viagra, Levitra has stopped working for* me (for nearly 2 years now)and i am desperately looking for alternatives (cialis never worked for me).
I am interested in the injections,
I need information on
1.The right dosage of PT141 to use for ED purposes only
2.A reliable source to buy from in the UK
3.How long can i store it in the fridge for once mixed in the vial (i still have one in my fridge from about 4 months ago) Can i still use it ?
4.How to use it ie , how long before it starts giving you an erection for sex etc
4.Any other source of FAQS or good reads or links on PT141 for ED
Please note i am only looking for PT141 for ED, not melanotan II (which has* the tanning effect)
I have tested it before but not sure if it worked...perhaps i didnt dose properly or used* but as a result i grew very dark over the summer.I am an already dark skinned black man and already happy with my complexion and* do not need the tanning effect lol

I presume you have read through the forums here, you will see there is a bit of experience.
This stuff has been around for a few years now, but not been brought to market by a 'straight' drug company, and I guess we have to wonder why.
there are a number of reports on here of it's being effective, but perhaps it just doesn't work for everybody.
It it difficult to get access to the trial data, others on here my have more detail at their fingertips.
My personal experience of using about 5 times (MrAlice here) is that there was no convincing effect on libido nor erection, even in a 10X accidental overdose for me, and no noticeable effect on MrsAlice of several 0.1mg doses on different occasions.
This was using bremalanotide (PT141) from a company with a good internet reputation as far as I could ascertain. This was certainly disappointing to me, I can maintain only a moderate erection these days, and it takes a lot of direct penile stimulation which is* perhaps normal for my age (62), but I was hoping for a little return of more youthful capabilities.

Hey Lion, thank you Alice - hopeful to continue the dialog - excellent topic on PT-141
PT-141 dosage is tricky, particularly in patients where effect from PDE5 has diminished (or is n/a). Beg the pardon for frequent comparison to Melanotan dosing. My theory on why more MT-II users experience aphrodisiac effect from melanocortin agonists has to do with dosing strategy...it's at least an honorable mention or worth pointing out that tanning injection users seek longer term results. Short-term aphrodisiac effects can however work very well with Bremelanotide PT-141.
Clinical trials combining the use of PT141 + PDE5 (Viagra/cialis..low-moderate doses) were indeed interesting. Imho there is no better Superman combo (old superman stack used to consist of viagra+cialis...) than a 1mg PT-141 dosage w/ ~10mg cialis (or up to 25mg Viagra). Timing these products is not much of a challenge had the user have prior experiences....* Tadalifil (Cia) with Bremelanotide match particularly well, Friday dosing should lead to an enhanced weekend.
Utilizing the blood pushers (cialis/viagra/levitra) in low dose fashion, alongside potent melanotropin (pt-141/melanotan 2), helps to alleviate side effects from both classes of drugs. Too much of either leads to aches, pain...not pleasurable to dose out of range (more is not better). What's amazing with the successful melanocortin addition is the youthful edge provided. Working by stimulation through the brain truly takes one back to adolescence where spontaneity can be the secret sauce.
Those with dark complexions should avoid/minimize exposure to melanocortin agonists (had they wish for their skin color remain unchanged). When dabbling with microgram dosages (keep below 500mcg), sunscreen becomes important. Most importantly environment (UVR)...would be more inclined to experiment while nocturnal & enjoying time with the better half (and/)or on the hunt *

Thank MrAlice and Melatonan for your response, i appreciate your time* i dont think its working for me i have just used one i* have stored in the fridge for 3 months , not effect,it probably doesnt work for me , but i will try again please share any new tips MrAlice* if you find it working for you.

Thank you for this thread and thank you Melanotan for that recommendation. I will try it right away. I just received and reconstituted 10 mg of PT-141 this week. I reconstituted with 2CC of Bacstat H2O so 0.1 cc gives me 0.5 ml SubQ. I have so far tried 0.5 and 0.75 doses with near zero effect. Well, maybe a slight tingling with the higher dose.....but nothing substantial. I am 6 feet and weigh 250#. I work out a couple of times a week, am in pretty good shape considering and am 67 years old. I take Diovan HCT for slightly elevated BP, Korean Red Ginsing, vitamin D, Fish oil and a multi-vitamin. Any other recommendations are greatly appreciated.

My experience is as follows. I am using mt2 for years now. In the first 4-5 days you get more sexual appetite and tougher erections. A little tip. You could boost this much more if you take pt141 and few hours later a cialis.
You will get the best erections ever in your life. After that (only my experience) you get the opposite. No libido at all for a couple of days.

I hope so 'cause today I hit the perfect combination and am now suffering a bit of overuse discomfort like I haven't felt since I was a horny teenager in the free love 60's. 1.5 mg SQ at 3 AM and then half a Cialis (10 mg) at 8 AM yielded an epic hour and a half starting at about 10. Actually the effects ebbed and flowed with full and semi erections on and off until about 3 PM. That is an absolutely unbelievable result considering that the next step was penile injection with a drug called tri-mix.* I'm giving it a break until the coming holiday weekend then we'll do it all over again using this regimen. Yes! I'm a very happy camper. Just wish I had my '57 Chevy convertible back to go with the feeling!

Sorry I had to delete the Home run story. I had put just a little too much information in it. I thought twice about possibly embarrassing a well known lady for who I have an incredible amount of respect and care very deeply. But it could not have gone better.
