Funny how they are always the first to know. *We see ourselves enough that we dont pay attn, even when synthetically stimulating melanocytes. *lol. *Very cool

Sometimes people get a little oily skin on MT-2. *Also ingrown hairs around the neck are reported. *I didnt experience either my last go around...but I think I have dealt with it in the past. *Just some things to pay attention to

Lots of users speak of their improvements in the gym, always interesting to hear stories. *Elaborate anytime please! *]

Day 8 Evening dose was .5 mgs MT 2.
Day 9 Morning dose is .5 mgs MT 2.

6.41 mgs of Melanotan 2 peptide so far.

Yesterday afternoon / evening I took the meaning for "wood" to a new level. I even had to avoid taking the trash out due this sexual side effect. What would the neighbors think and passer bys think? ]
Today I am going to the doctor to get my first physical ever, at least as I can remember. I don't look forward to telling this new doctor about my experimentation with injecting an internet purchased peptide. I have a feeling that the two bruises on my stomach will pretty much be a dead giveaway that something is going on so I might as well spill the beans to the good ole doctor! I am 99 percent sure that he will not approve and I am also 99 percent sure he knows little to nothing about Melanotan 2 or any other grey market peptides currently being used by so many of us around the world.

Yeah, not very likely your doctor will be aware of melanotan peptides.* Not sure I would inform them.*

Day 9 Evening dose is .5 mgs MT 2. My skin color is evening out and the redness under my eyes is gone. So are the 3 or 4 pimples. Still can't wait to turn nice and golden brown.* 8) I plan to get some sun tomorrow and I think good times are just around the corner.

Hey Chris, it would seem so.
The doc didn't even bat an eye when I told him I was taking a peptide for tanning and sun protection. He acted like I told him I was taking aspirin or vitamin C.* I think he was more interested in whether or not I was taking street drugs than a peptide.

Also, I got two thumbs up on my physical / checkup. All is good, according to the doc.* ;D

Day 10 Evening dose .50 mgs of Melanotan 2.

I did get approximately 50 minutes, full body, of natural sunlight exposure today.
Other than this I have nothing new to report.* ]

Day 11 Morning dose .75 mgs MT 2.

50 minutes of afternoon, natural sun exposure today. Later in the day I did experience some fatigue / sleepiness. This occurred several hours after my morning dose and lasted for about three hours.

Day 11 Evening dose .50 mgs MT 2.

Total Melanotan 2 used so far is 9.16 mgs, approximately.

The .75 mg dose this morning appears to have made a difference. I believe this dose did help quite a bit. Looking in the mirror I can definitely see a nice tan starting to develop. Wow, I have never tanned this fast in my life. I have a really good feeling about this.

The entire experience has been a lot better than I was expecting.

Hey Josh. I haven't noticed any "dark" spots. I have noticed two brown spots, about the size of a pin head, on my face and about three more that are even smaller than that on my face as well. More of what I would call brown "speckles". Is this what you are asking about?

Re: First time on MT2 - Log

Day 12 Evening = I finished off the remainder of the vial of the 10 mg Melanotan 2.

Nearly every mole and freckle on my body has darkened. I have not noticed any increase in the size or shape of any mole but do have a few new brown speckles on my face that I never noticed before. Two of them are easily seen and the other one is barely noticeable. It is just under my right eye. All of them are on the right side of my face. Two moles on my back are getting close to turning black in color.* ]
Wow, I guess now that the moles are darker it has brought my attention to the vast number of them on my body. Believe it or not, I was prepared for this to happen. This does appear to be a common occurrence with those who are using MT 2. I just hoped that the moles would not darken on my face.* ]
Some users have stated that their hair darkens. The hair on my face and stomach has darkened some but not the hair on my arms, legs or head.

The aphrodisiac side effect was kind of cool at first but slowly that side effect is becoming a nuisance.* ]
    Note]
I am looking for new injection sites on my body, the most recent location being my buttocks. I am bruising slightly with almost every injection. After researching this a bit I have come to believe that the culprit may lie with one or more of my nutritional supplements. I am adjusting my daily supplement routine slightly, eliminating vitamin E for starters, to see if I can stop this from happening. :-\

Re: First time on MT2 - Log

You answered my question about the dark spots. Thanks! It sounds like you have not had many. I, too, have noticed my freckles darkening. I do not have many, though, and no moles. I do have 2 dark spots that appeared on my face. One is on my temple close to my hairline and the other is by my ear. Neither is bad.

It sounds like you might be going too deep on the subcutaneous injections and hitting muscle. A subcutaneous injection should be virtually painless. If you feel more than a prick you are hitting muscle. You can google alot of good resources on subcutaneous injections.

It looks like you will finish you first cycle of 10 mg today. Glad you are seeing results.

Re: First time on MT2 - Log

Recap: I am probably a type 2 skin type, blond hair and blue eyes. I have some minor problems with rosacea.
I can tan a little but have a really hard time doing so.

    Day 13
Morning dose is .50 mg MT 2.

During the afternoon I grabbed about 50 minutes of natural sunshine on the front side of my body only, using SPF 30 on my face.

[glow=red,2,300]WOW![/glow] Oh my god! My face is tanning way to fast and I put the sunscreen on really thick this time.* ]I see more tan on the rest of my body as well but not anywhere close to the tan of my face. This is after only 13 days of Melanotan 2 and with about 5 days, spread out over these past 13 days, of some sun exposure.

Questions for Chris]In your opinion, which of the following do you suggest?

    1. Should I keep using .50 mg MT 2 twice a day, cover my face with a towel when tanning outdoors, and let the rest of my body catch up? Or...
    2. Should I cut back to .50 mg MT 2 once a day, cover my face with a towel when tanning outdoors, and let the rest of my body catch up? Or...
    3. Should I go to twice a week dosing of MT 2 for maintenance and hope that the rest of my body catches up with my face?
    ???

Re: First time on MT2 - Log

Batman, I am having a similar experience. With very little exposure my face is tan. Redness has also mostly evened out. My problem, though is that now I have 4 dark spots on my face. One is very small and all of them are close to my hairline so they are not a problem but I do not want more.

Some of what I have read suggests slowing down can help the face. One site promotes no UV exposure to the face until 2 cycles (20 mg) are complete. and I skipped my evening does and am skiping today, too. I am interested in what Chris has to say.

Certainly try and relax with a hat on or a hat covering your face if you are tanning outdoors...alongside the SPF.* Sounds like you are getting adequate exposure, everything sounds to be on par and you must be really learning a lot - thanks for sharing all of this

Youre right about the aphrodisiac effect, gets in the way at a point.* Hopefully if you have a nice date opportunity you can capitalize on it in another way* ;D* That experience those PT users are after are often memorable

A combination of #2 and #3 is what I would suggest.* .5mg/day is a sufficient dose.* See if you cannot plan on .5mg every other day this next week.* It is good that you are finessing the sun, covering up, using the lotion/spf accordingly.* The next two weeks see if you cannot limit the sun to one day per week.* Keeping some in your system will be good for the rosacea symptoms.* Any observations as far as your rosacea goes batman?

Skipping doses, days, taking time off is what is great about these peptides.* Hard to imagine the limitation/complication of an implant.* The control freak in me appreciates being able to adjust things on the fly.* *

One thing I have enjoyed and done in the past when I have noticed my face getting dark at a rapid rate is go to the spa and get a facial.* Hard to beat that clean feeling, exfoliate, etc.* I know the broads there recommend going monthly...but the stubborn male in me only will succumb on an approx quarterly basis (also the cheapness factor, lol)

Re: First time on MT2 - Log

Hey Chris: I greatly appreciate your input and advice, I really do. The Melanotan 2 is helping to hide some of my rosacea.* This is one of the reasons I want to get a bit darker on my neck and chest. On-lookers always comment when they see me with my shirt off that I have a slight sunburn when in reality I don’t. While on the 1 mg a day dosage of Melanotan 2 the redness from the rosacea was reduced significantly. I think that I prefer the 1 mg dose over the .50 mg dose and may switch back every now and then to that dose while moderating sun exposure to avoid over tanning of my face. I seem to be getting a host of positive benefits from the Melanotan 2 at the 1 mg a day dose. My workouts were better, great sun protection, aphrodisiac benefits and mood enhancement, etcetera.* By the way, I also like your suggestion about a facial. That is a great idea and I bet it would really help to even the color out a bit.* I will let you know how that goes.

    Guys and Gals]*
    Josh]
Day 14 Melanotan 2 dose was .50 mg.

Day 15 Melanotan 2 dose so far is .50 mg. I am going to get a little sun today but will cover my face this time and every time in the near future.

Total Melanotan 2 used this season is 11.50 mgs.

Very cool, thanks for the info about your rosacea and the dose.*

As I read your comment on sun protection it brings chills to me.* Think one time somewhere I wrote about my first real experience with UV exposure.* One 4th of July I was able to be on the boat, all day long.* Talk about an amazing enlightening experience.* Never would I have imagined I would not burn AND be able to tan...good times* 8)

Any specific time of the day you are preferring to dose?

Hey Chris. I didn't get a professional facial but I did exfoliate my facial skin here at home. I will do that with some frequency and see how it goes.

The time of day doesn't really make a difference that I can tell. I like to start the day by dosing first thing in the morning and when doing a second daily dose I opt for about 12 hours later.

I am noticing a lot of brown spots, freckles and so forth from Melanotan II which is a real downer. I may try Melanotan One very soon to see if the results are any better. I am on the fence in regards to this decision.

A question for Chris and anyone else reading this: Does Melanotan I or Melanotan II give you the best tan? Does Melanotan One have less of an impact on the darkening of freckles and brown spots?

Re: First time on MT2 - Log

Day 15: Morning dose .50 mg Melanotan II, Evening dose .50 mg Melanotan II. Some brief sun exposure on this day.
    Day 16]
Total Melanotan II used so far this cycle is 13.50 mgs.

Comments and observations]I am finally achieving nice results. It appears that I do best on 1 mg of Melanotan II the day before and the day of my sun exposure. This dose allows me to manage the results a little better than the 1.25 mg a day dose that I had tried earlier.

On the recent .50 mg Melanotan II reduced dose I noticed more of a pink skin color after sun exposure. After only two days back on the 1 mg dose my skin is tanning again and appears to have more sun protection. I also didn’t get the aphrodisiac effects or the mood brightening effects on .50 mgs.

On the 1 mg Melanotan II dose]1. The nocturnal and early morning erections have returned but seem to moderate soon after that so that I am not having any embarrassing moments.
    2. Some mood brightening effects are being felt as well. Actually, I feel great again.
    3. I have noticed that my calorie consumption has decreased. Yes, I count calories.
    4. I am now getting tan. I have a beach trip planned next month and I am working on future plans for an island vacation get away. Does anyone have any recommendations?
    5. I really like what the Melanotan II is doing. It just took a little time, effort and perseverance as well as a big learning curve my first time around. Just remember that your face will tan faster than the rest of your body and plan for this accordingly.
Note]As far as the darkening of freckles and brown spots, I can live with it. I did recently notice that this is a very common occurrence on people who tan well naturally without Melanotan.
