    Bremelanotide Best Use

At this point I am a little confused. I am in receipt of 1 bottle (10mg) of Bremelanotide PT-141. Let's talk about the optimum delivery method. If I understand correctly sub-cutaneous (sub-q) is the preferred method of choice. If so, then take two people, a man and a woman, is there enough product for the both of us?

Do we need insulin needles to deliver?
If so, where and how is the easiest way to acquire them.
Bacteriostatic water I am familiar with. It is used to reconstitute a dry product into a liquid for injection.
Where and how can that be purchased?
Can you buy these items at a pharmacy?
Okay, given that I have an able and willing partner, someone walk me through the process.
How much bacteriostatic water do I inject into the Pt-141 vial?
How much do I draw out and inject for each person?
Are all 10mg of PT-141 required for one encounter?

Absolutely indy.* Should be enough for 10-20 doses...give or take some.*
The standard maybe would be 1-2mg for a man, .5-1mg for a woman.* Always best to start with a low dose first

Some states are OTC...Texas is (sorry, there used to be a great website which detailed all state laws...cant seem to find it now).* websites such as www.gpzservices.com are reliable if you want (or have) to buy online

1ml or 1cc is typically used to reconstitute the peptide.*
First you will flip the top off the vial.* Be sure to be sterile...all that procedure is important.* inject 1ml into the vial. be gentle, dont shake the thing.* pretty durable peptide, can last as long as 2-3 months when kept in the fridge

1mg dose would be 10iu on a 100iu insulin syringe (1/10th of the syringe - small amount)
    a .5mg dose would be 5iu on a 100iu pin (1/20th - very small amount...)

Keep in mind the window of opportunity is after 2-4 hours and through hte next day.* Be prepared for a post injection flush and maybe some feelings of nausea (dose dependent).* Sometimes wise to have had a meal prior to injection

Hopefully that made sense, please let me know if not!

Excellent..Just a quick clarification question: 1ml of the bacteriostatic water when mixed into the 10 mg PT-141 vial will then yield 20 mg of the peptide?

1ml of bact water into 10mg PT141 will yield 10mg/1ml of the peptide

So if one were to dose 1mg...there would be enough for ~10 injections.* each dose measuring .1ml and 1mg

    Re: Best Use

to get 20mg of the peptide you would have to deliver 2ml of water into 10mg of PT-141.
Is this easier to measure out .5mg?

This way by diluting the PT-141 with more water, is .10ml equal to .5mg of peptide?
Like 1ml of water to 10mg of peptide would deliver 1mg of peptide in .10ml of mixed solution.

    Am I correct?
