If you are truly ill what you need is rest, not further aggravation that can prolong your illness. Pushing it when you are sick may only serve to interfere with your goals more than the time off to rest would.

I think with any illness it's always better to make sure your properly recovered be for you start getting back to normal again.

Pushing yourself too far and too soon will only make matters worse in the long run.

Tons of vitamin C and some honey. It may seem strange, but honey is the best thing for any ailment. Take some on a spoon, and you'll feel golden soon.

By the way, gatorade is only good when you are on the move. That's why athletes use them. To replace the fluids you have lost, drink lots and lots of water. There is no substitute to water. Water therapy has been proven to alleviate illnesses, particularly fever.

When you are really sick and you feel it's no longer normal, go see a doctor who can take a look at you and ask for advice here. It might be something serious, you know.

3kg is a lot to lose in one day. although I would like just 1 of those a day! It is best to eat, even if it is only a spoon or two every hour or half an hour. Take food and liquid at intervals. This will keep you from being dehydrated and get your strength back.

When your body as recovered from the illness, that's the time to start repairing any damage that might have been caused.
Oh no! That is really a big problem. When you're sick, I guess, it is best for us to keep our focus in giving our body the right nutrients and to get better. We should not deprived ourselves of the healthy foods that we must consume to speed up our recovery.

Speeding up your recovery will be about eating the right things, resting and recuperation. Training or trying to do the things you normally do when your Ill, will only make the illness last longer than it should in the long run.

If you want to recover faster, you should learn first what's causing you illness. Try and see a doctor so they could identify what the problem is. There's a chance it's not caused by the peptides you are using. It might something else.

I agree with you. Know first the cause of the problem, so that you'll be able to address it properly.
