5 years of using growth hormone and my ears, nose, arms and other parts of the body are still in their normal size. So, I must say that NO, IT DOESN'T MAKE ANY OF YOUR ORGANS OR PARTS GROW BIGGER.
Seriously? I have heard the question about "HGH and peptides making your penis grow bigger" so many times to the point that I already think that some men are only interested to use HGH and peps just to make their birdy down there bigger than its average size. Unfortunately, these products won't make your birdy bigger.
