    This is definitely what I need. Before I start using peptides, I really want to look for recommendation on how should I change my diet. Now, I already have this list to serve as my guide. Thank you so much.

    You really take it to the next level. I am using peptides, but I never altered my diet. Lol! Well, it is not as if I am eating too much unhealthy foods though. Anyway, I will try to change my diet a little. Let us see what it can offer.

    I agree with you. It is so much healthier and more beneficial to eat brown rice and bread instead of white rice and bread. I also buy and eat brown rice and bread. However, I am more into consuming potatoes though.

    Your grocery list is a monster! It is definitely ideal. The food on it are awesome. I am going to post my grocery list here next time. I hope it will help other users as well.
