    What's the lowest possible dose for a 'healthy' white?

    Hello everyone!

    I'm a male with thalassemia and very white and pale skin. I'd say I'm at least one shade whiter than many pale East European people I have met in my life.

    Is it possible to get just a 'healthy' white color with Melanotan 2 and what would be a dose to reach that goal? I just feel my extreme 'sickly'-type paleness puts me at a disadvantage in my working life. I just don't want to look to employers like I'm going to break down on the first day of work.

    get yourself a vial of melanotan, start small and see where you are, from what you describe you would need some time to build the tan, once you have it maintaining it should be easy.

    For a male i would not go lower than 0.5mg at a time.

    I planned on taking Melanotan 2 all the time, not just for, say, a holiday. I have heard of people who had effects on doses as low as 0.1 mg daily. I'm not really in a rush. What would happen if I took around 0.05 mg daily? Has anyone ever tried such a super small dose?

    I was super white, almost translucent. I started at .2 mg, .4 mg the next day after feeling nothing, .5 mg a few days, .75 mg, and finally 1 mg plus tanning bed sessions to build my tan.

    .1 mg daily really won't do much and you'll be wasting time basically.
