    Re: Tanexin cream/lotion

Well I can agree with you on that Whiteguy. If you were simply trying to promote the company you would be doing a pretty poor job of it as I seem to be the only one who had "fell" for it. My thoughts (hopes) is that this product does work like u say but that it is simply that no one else on here has tried it. I put it out there asking if anyone had tried it and no one but you had. I would of hoped that if any other forum members had or had tried purchasing from this company before then they would of piped up and said so before I ordered. So while we don't have anyone else singing tanexins praises we also don't have anyone with any actual negative experiences with this company/product. I live in hope!

    Girlwhite,

Just remember, if all goes well with your Tanexin trial, and you then have good things to say about it, you are the newly designated shill. Just kidding.

Just to update you all. I received the product today. Whiteguy there are no instructions so I'm not sure how much and where to apply.* Did u say to apply it at the armpit? Is there a reason for that? Thanks

    Re: Tanexin cream/lotion

    Girlwhite,

Sorry I didn't respond to you sooner, but I haven't checked the forum in the past few days. Anyhow to answer your questions, I chose to apply to the underside of the top of my arm just because I though the skin was thin there and would therefore absorb well. No great scientific reasoning behind it. I apply very small amounts once a day until the desired tanning is achieved. By small, I mean really small. I apply just the very smallest dab, maybe about 1/2 to 1/4 of the size of a typical garden pea. I can't say for sure if that will be adequate for you personally or not. For me, after applying this amount for about 10-14 days I began seeing results. I say start conservatively and go from there.

Hope it works out great ~ Chris

    Girlwhite,
I am just curious, what were your results from the topical? I have used Melanotan for the last 3 summers and have had great results but if the lotion* works I think I would like that. My Dermatologist said I need to stay out of the sun ( much sun damage ), is this supposed to work without being in the sun or is it just like injections where you need to be in sun for results? Thanks!

If it works, this topical should work the same as injectable melanotan - that is, it will work without sun but not optimally.
It still uses melanotan 2 as it's tanning agent and thus will function exactly the same.

    blondegirl,

Why you got much sun-damage while on mt2? I thought mt2 would prevent this?

So an update. I have applied the cream circa 4 times a day since I got it and I can safely say it doesn't work. There is no hair darkening no sides and no effect after a couple of sunbeds! Not surprising really! It was a long shot!

    Thanks for reporting back!
So at around a month how much of the cream have you used?

At 10mg/bottle I would have imagined you'd have needed about 1.5-2 bottles to notice effects, assuming 100% efficiency - but most likely at about 0-30% so about 6 bottles or $460 USD.
Assuming the 60% rate they state, that's still 3 bottles, or $230.

    Girlwhite,

I am emphatically telling you it will work. Please don't give up, it may just take you a bit longer to respond. With all my heart, I am telling you that it has worked great for me. As stated a gazillion times, I have no financial interest in the product. Why everyone is so doubtful that it could work, I do not understand. Just continue using and I am sure you will be surprised. A little faith is all I ask.

    Best of luck ~ Chris

    Re: Tanexin cream/lotion

I have nearly used the entire bottle now. Maybe it will work on some better than others. I am a type 1 while you are not are u? So perhaps there lies the difference! I may need more of it but it's too pricey to keep going unfortunately.

    Girlwhite,

I am so sorry to hear that it has not worked for you. I am a skin type 2 and that may be the big difference. I had to use very little however to see a response. If I had used a whole bottle in such a short period of time like you,* I would probably be insanely dark. Best of luck with whatever you try next.

    Re: Tanexin cream/lotion

Ok so a little update. There must of been a little air blockage in the bottle as although I was struggling to get any cream out when I actually opened it there was still half a bottle in it. Based on their estimation of 60% I have only used 3mg. Is that correct? So I have decided to continue on till the end of the bottle. On normal mt2 I would start to see effects at 3-4 mg and by 6-7 mg I am a great colour and maintaining. "In case" it does work is it possible for any of the lab guys on here to figure out how it's made by using a sample? I could send you some?

Girlwhite, i'm super excited to hear how you get on....so keep us all posted!
As you have such great results from MT2, can i ask you a few questions please?
    - which supplier do you use?
    - how long have you been taking? (i ask because last year i got very ill after every shot including a nasal spray so im assuming i had a very bad batch. Either that or my body is just rejecting though I am thinking about starting again for summer)
    - have you tried nasal?
    Thanks

    Hi White Chick,

For the last few years I have used continental tan. If you need contact details pm and I'll send you the email address I use to contact them. I have not tried this years product mind you however in the past they have been good. I did try the nasal once but didn't have much sucess. That may have been down to my mixing and administrating. I have used it for 5 years however only over summer periods. I do feel nausious after each shot but nothing to stop me carrying on. It's sounds like your nasal spray worked if you felt sick afterwards. Can you let me know how you mixed it as I may give it a try if this cream doesn't work.
