    Skin graft

I've got a 3 month old skin graft on my arm, will melanotan do anything negative to it? Currently it looks purple and is about 12x5cm. http://i.imgur.com/oVtqjBH.jpg (image)

Most likely not, however it most likely won't tan at all until it's completely healed and even then it won't tan as fast as the rest of your skin.

    Re: Skin graft

I would highly recommend contacting your dermatologist, or doctor, and ask for their advice.
Somebody who knows your case better would be better to advise - just ask about tanning and evening it out, you don't have to mention MT2 if you don't want to.

It looks quite fresh and could react adversely.
Normally you get scar tissue surrounding the graft too, and this will likely not tan, tan slightly or in the worse circumstances, turn purple. If it goes purple it is difficult to reverse.
This is true for just tanning too, Melanotan will basically accelerate the effects.

So to surmise; avoid tanning for the moment, contact your dermatologist and mention you were considering tanning it to help even out the skin and you'd like some more advice.
