Would it be possible to take a maintenance does without further sun/sunbed exposure to maintain?

    Hi Bretbeat,

You can but it varies, but it is always advised to get a small amount of UV exposure - this is generally possible from being outdoors for a short while each day.

It also depends on the colour your start as and the colour you get to. If you are much darker than usual it may fade some.

Another issue is if you get very little/no UV exposure you can take on an ill/grey tinge, which is never a good look!

    Regards,
    Tom

for me maintenance mode in the winter lets me keep between 60 to 70% of the summer color without UV.
