so yeah as title suggests I've stopped using for 3 to 4 weeks, now I want to start again. I took about 5mg last time and now I'm wondering if it's left my system or will it still be there? I'll be taking about 0.5 tonight and from now on for the next 8 weeks as it's coming up to summer I got my stuff from Rockstar Chems, 5 10mg* little bottles although I swear when I mixed it with 1ml it didn't give me 10mg more like 5mg I'm not sure but I'll have to order more soon can someone pm me a decent supplier other than the one I've already mentioned? thanks guys
So you have been off melanotan peptides for weeks and wish to initiate melanocortin therapy again? Great question RydingHigh. Melanotan 2 is a water soluble peptide hormone that lasts minutes in the body...enzymes render the research peptide inert rather quick, it's the dark melanin pigment which ideally is left behind within the epidermis.
With regards to the measurement/handling, there is no rational I can find that your 10mg vial yielded half potency - do you mean that you lost 50% of your reconstituted product somehow (happens to many of us, I learned the hard way on many occasion)? Next round, trying mixing with 2ml to begin with and draw carefully with small syringes (accounting for air/vacuum from sterile vial), less than 5% should be unused, imho.
I wouldn't call it therapy dude, more like going through a rough cycle to get tan 8) but that's what I wanted to know basically, because I haven't took for a while I'm hoping some will still be in my system. I'm actually a skin type 1 never tan unfortunately (pale look never good) but I'm wondering how long would it take to get results as it's still not hot enough in UK right now to go out without a tee shirt and shorts. is the sun better for melanotan peptides or does the sunbed yield the same results? oh but yes I lost 50% I think I still got 30mg left although it's only going to be about 15 really. need a supplier though if anyone knows of any reputable ones in and around UK that'd be great. happy tanning
Right on, rest assured after 3-4 weeks the melanotan you used before is no longer in your system. Sunbed use is great...I like the controlled photo-therapy for skin type 1's, who cannot tan & do not have natural UVR available on demand. Still confused about how you figure you have 30mg (assuming 3 x 10mg vials) and estimate 15, are you going off the appearance of the lyophilized mt2 peptide? Please allow me to go out on a limb and suggest you give credit for each vial containing close to 10mg aliquot.
Theres no way you could be only getting 5mg's from each vial. The max you would lose should be about .25 - .5 mg's and that happens when you remove the needle and some of the liquid squirts out through the top this is due to the vacum seal in the vials.
I think you might be measuring your doses wrong and maybe actually injecting larger amounts than you think.
Assuming you have 1cc units injecting 1 full syringe of bac water into the vial will give you the following]
In between the first mark on the syringe and the 5 mark= .25mg
The 5 mark on the syringe= .5mg
The 10 mark on the syinge= 1mg
In between the 10 mark and 20 mark= 1.5mg
The 20 mark= 2mg's
If you are still unsure about syringe sizes you are using post a photo of the markings on it and I will try help you out more.

BoB I've sent you a message. my syringe goes up to 1ml so is 1ml 1mg of mt2? or am I wrong? lol it's quite confusing because you get different needles everywhere. I started again 2 nights ago feeling rough a bit but nothing major. when you notice more freckles and moles getting a bit larger is that the peptide actually working or something else?
