Finally, I relented and made the solution which was not the one which is recommended on all the tables....i.e. 1ml BW into 2mg PT141,,,,,with a dose of 50 units which I think is the #5 on the syringe......
Gave the shot,,,got the flush for about 1/2 hour went to sleep (as if I had died - did not wake up all night as I usually do) and woke up late with once again NO RESULTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!* I did grab a big piece of skin off to the side of my navel, just below the waist and shot straight in.
I am a Taurus and cannot tell you how stubborn I can be when I put something into my mind - determined is an understatement !!!!
OK, last shot will be ordering from one of the companies you mentioned that you have success with and that will be it...
I was thinking that perhaps men are the ones who have all the results on this because no matter where you look 90% of the results are from men........* I just don't know what I am doing wrong...

Results may not be in the cards for you unfortunately - wish I had a clue why (have loose guesses).* Clinical trails should have new data in 6-8 months (mid 2012)
Since you had a flush and all (which I never experience, others do with legit PT) the right signals indicating an aphrodisiac experience was on the way... certainly a mystery & women are more complex

Have a similar question. I reconstituted 2mg with 1ml of BW. So that means .5mg is 50 units on a u-100 syringe? So 12.5 units is around .25mg? I injected a 10 unit dose Monday afternoon and it made a huge difference in my erections. I do not suffer from any form of ED, but I have been messing around with cialis and sildenafil. I did take a 30mg dose of cialis the day before I injected pt141 so seeing as the half life of cialis is about 24-36 hours I think the combination is what caused priapism which is what I have been searching to accomplish. After I exhaust pt141 I will move on to caverject injections, but that's another ball of wax.
I did not suffer from any of the symptoms I have read about. I am going to up the dose to 15 units which should be between .35-.45mg dosage. I'll report back on how I react.

A quick update. I injected another 10 units this past Friday (01/27/12) and took 30mg of cialis trying for another 4-5 hour mechanical erection. I did not experience anything close to what I experienced with my first injection of the same amount (01/24/12). The very next day I took another 10 units and had a "semi" affect, but again, nothing like my first injection. Is it possible my 2mg vial is already degrading or am I adapting to these small doses? I reconstituted on 01/23/12 and its been stored in the refrigerator ever since. I may up the dose this coming Saturday and see how I react. Again, I have experienced no sides with each injection.
Edit: my dates are a little out of whack. I reconstituted 01/23/12 and did my first injection 01/24/12.
I took 30mg of cialis last night (02/03/12) at around 9:30. I took my fourth pt-141 injection 15units) at 8:40 this morning. I will report back tonight or early tomorrow morning on the results. This is a 5unit increase since my last injection.
Well, things went as planned and that small increase in my injection made a big difference. Once again I achieved a mechanical erection that lasted almost 3 hours. I can still get a 100% erect without manual stimulation. I'm almost sure I cannot get another full injection with whats left in my vial so I'm going to place an order for a couple of 10mg vials.
Things went well at .5mg and I experienced a slight flushing of the face and cotton mouth, but the results were great.
With the sides I felt tells me I need to stay at that dose for at least a few injections. I have another scheduled sexcapade today, but I will not be on pt-141 to make a comparison of being on it and off. Both the cialis and pt should be out of my system by tonight.
I decided to try 1mg of pt141 since I have a long night ahead of me. I measured 10 units on the syringe, but while trying to get an air bubble out the total amount in the syringe was at 9 units. I also took my usual 30mg of cialis at the sametime. I'll report back later or tomorrow morning.
There was a huge difference in .5mg to almost 1mg. Refractory periods were non-existent and erection time lasted well over 4hrs. I kept getting asked what I was on or if this was naturally achieved throughout the night. ]
On a side note, I wonder if tan research can get a hold of powder atropine or caverject? Would be a nice addition to their pt141.
