Not for me. My penis has exactly the same color as the rest of the body but my scrotum and face is much brighter and my anus has no tan. I think this is abnormally.

I have learned that it is not possible to predict the outcome of MT2.

That was one of the first places to change for me and that was without any sun, mine went almost black.

Dcully, the genitals have one of the highest concentrations of melanocytes enabling these particular areas to respond very well to MT-2 especially in conjunction with UV exposure.* So what you have experienced is completely normal.
