Jim would you recommend x2 a day? one in the am and the pm? Do you know how long apart you could do this? my time is very short now as I have only just done that one at .007mg I never got to do one yesterday and I will be leaving very early friday morning so I properly will not get one in, so leaves me with doing one tonight maybe at .003 ?
