    reduce wrinkles?

How can I reduce the formation of wrinkles from sunbeds?

    What is best:
    6 min ED
    10 min EOD
    20 min 2 times week
    30 min 1 times week
    or?

    I never use sunscreen.
    What else can I do?

I'm skintype-1 and I take 500 mcg/ED for years. If a larger dose form fewer new wrinkles?

    Thanks

You may also want to consider using cosmetics that contain peptides and may combat wrinkles. There are several good anti wrinkle products on the market that contain peptides and using them can only be to your benefit.

Why do you need to take it everyday? Take it only before you go to sunbed. Increase dose of melanotan and decrease time in subed... easy peasy

Everyday injections only make sense for initial tan buildup.

I wasn't aware till only recently that a lot of the mainstream cosmetics use peptides to hel their formulae reduce wrinkles and with peptides being quite expensive, maybe this is the better option and just see how effective these are first.

I think copper peptides are what is used. They sometimes go by the name neuropeptides. They are in the more expensive brands of cosmetics. It is just one of the options you might find when you look at the ingredients of certain high end wrinkle creams, moisturizers and maybe even some serums may contain them.

Thank you very much @BeatJeff. The link you gave me really helped. I read about it and went ahead to try some of the tips. I've began seeing positive changes and have only used the peptide for a week.

10 min EOD would be my choice if I were in your shoe. Anyway, why are you not using sunscreen? Invest with sunscreen and it will help you look younger than your current look.

10 min EOD is also my own routine. So far, it is very effective. I don't know with the others, but with me, it is really great (and as you can see, I have great tan results).

I agree! mt-2 should only be taken when your tanning session is about to come. I do not use it every day as well and it gives me nice result. I am so happy with it.

The rarer you use tan beds is the higher the chance that you will reduce wrinkles. Also, ust by using mt2, you are already preventing wrinkles formation. I am already 34 years old, but many people still think I am still in my 20s. I dont know how, but I think mt2 helped in making me look younger than my actual age.
