peptides and protein shake in the middle of the night

I always wake up in the middle of the night between 2 and 4 am. In that time I wake up, use the bathroom, drink a protein shake, and head back to bed. Now that I've introduced peptides into my regimen I would like to include a dose of GHRP/Mod GF-1 in there as well. The protein I am using is 100% whey protein concentrate, with the concentrate being THE ONLY ingredient. I take two servings which contains 6 grams of carbohydrates in total; Im assuming they are milk sugars? Is this too many carbs to take in with a dosage of GHRP/Mod GF-1? Or would it still be worth it?

Can you afford to wait 15-20 minutes after you dose to then take down the shake? Or is it kind of like a wake up, slam, go back to sleep type of thing?

Carbs and fats blunt the GH release. If you wait a little time, that effect will be lessened. Basically, allow time for the GH to spike/pulse to its highest point, and then take in your protein shake. Even the trace carbs will blunt the release a bit.

Switch to Isopure zero carb for that shake.

Seems like a casein shake would be more ideal at that given time then a whey shake. Would the casein shake, since it is slower digesting, not blunt GH as much as whey?

I guess I'll be buying some Isopure. It tastes great, just wish it wasnt so damn expensive.

It is the carbs in the shake that were the primary concern.

If you can live with a little bit of less then optimal GH release then what you are doing will still be beneficial.

However if you want to maximize the GH release then a zero carb shake is what is needed.

If it were I and the cost of Isopure was a concern I would still use the GHRPs with the 6g shake and get a good benefit from that GHRP dose.

Just was wondering if the trace amount of carbs from the protein shake would digest more slowly with a slower digesting protein like casein?

Would 2-3g fat or 5g of carbs from a coffee mate in your morning coffee have actual impact on blunting GH release from your peptides? Or would it take something a little more, like a hand full of eggs at breakfast?

Does caffeine or ephedrine blunt gh release?

I thought I read something on this once before but can't seem to find the literature.

I believe that less carbs and fats the better the effects.
Keep them to a minimal for optimal results.
My protein shake has 1g of fat per serving. It's nothing I'm concerned with although 0 is optimal.

I suggest you wait at least an hour before consuming that protein shake that contains carbs. It might affect your GHRP intake. Well, others say waiting 15 to 30 min is enough, but just to be safe, go for an hour.
