    training late at night, peptide dosing

    My question is around dosing/timings of GHRP2/ModGRF129.

    I train later on at night between 8-9pm (followed by dinner straight after) and then need to go to bed at 10ish. So my question is around PWO dosing. I currently do the pre-bed dosing (and morning dosing), but would like to also take advantage of PWO.
    I’m guessing that the pre-bed dosing is the more important of the two (PWO vs pre-bed), but would still like to get the most from my training, so any advice on what to do here?

    On the other hand, I have some Saturday mornings free, so I get up at 6am and I can train from 7-8am. So the question here is about whether I take the dose first thing in the morning (before training), or wait for PWO?

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    From what I understand, the ghrp is best taken on an empty stomach which is approx 2hrs after a meal, so it could be that your evening meal will decrease the effectiveness of the pre-bed dose. Also the doses should be taken with at least a 3hr time gap between them, which makes having both PWO and pre-bed difficult in your scenario.

    Bro is right. Unless it has been a couple of hours since you've eaten, you're just wasting your peps.

    In your situation, what I would do is dose the peps immediately following your training, wait at least 20 minutes, then eat dinner. Then load a syringe with your dose of Mod & GHRP2 and place it on your nightstand. When/if you wake up in the night to pee, take that dose. (If you happen to not wake during the night, just use it in the morning).

    Then you can add doses at any time you want to during the day, just as long as they are separated by 3hrs, and you have an empty stomach.

    That actually makes a lot of sense. I'll give that a go on my next session.

    As for training first thing in the morning, do you guys suggest a wake-up dose, or PWO instead?

    If the training is intended to burn fat, dose peps about an hour+ before you go train. Otherwise, PWO.
