My question is around dosing/timings of GHRP2/ModGRF129.
I train later on at night between 8-9pm (followed by dinner straight after) and then need to go to bed at 10ish. So my question is around PWO dosing. I currently do the pre-bed dosing (and morning dosing), but would like to also take advantage of PWO.
I’m guessing that the pre-bed dosing is the more important of the two (PWO vs pre-bed), but would still like to get the most from my training, so any advice on what to do here?
On the other hand, I have some Saturday mornings free, so I get up at 6am and I can train from 7-8am. So the question here is about whether I take the dose first thing in the morning (before training), or wait for PWO?
