I am just curious as to how you get your shots. Do you take them a few hours before you hit the gym or after? How often and what are the usual doses? Do you reduce the dosage when you are not working out for the day?

I take shots a few hours before I hit the gym, like 3-4 hours. I break it down to two shots a day. I just want to know if I am doing it right or if there is a better way to do it. It is not that I am not seeing any results. Care to share?
