    cold

    I have a small cold and don't really want to risk working out with a cold.
    I've tried it before and usually my colds become worse.

    I'm still taking my IU's but I feel bad cause not going to the gym
    It feels like I am wasting my HGH


    Is it ok to miss few workouts? Or do you have to workout all the time?

    it'll still burn body fat and provide you with health benefits
    unless you are having a fever then I would workout, run and get through sweat. Just drink plenty of water

    Yep, it depends on how sick you feel. If you have a fever forget it. Either cases hydration is important, but at the same time the body is wise and will tell you when you're fit to train or not.

    It is fine to miss your workout routine as long as the reason is valid. it is not that we can't force ourselves to workout every now and then. There are some exceptions.
