Skin Type 1 - New User

I have been reading everything on this site. Very helpful. Just confused on some things. I ordered 5 10ml vials and they should be here on Wednesday. Some things I've read say add 2ml of bact water and some say 1. Which is better? Also can I use sterile water instead of bact water? I want to start low so I don't get the crazy side effects and the freckles and miles to get to dark to fast. What needles should I get?* I'm sorry, just want to be sure of what I'm doing. I get confused cause some say ml and some say mcg. Ive never had a tan, just burn and freckle.

Both 1ml and 2ml are ok for calculating peptide amount. Just use this and make sure you input the correct syringe volume: http://peptidecalculator.com/calculator.php

It's common knowledge that bacteriostatic water is better and lasts more, but sterile water is alright too.

And about the dosage, I'd recommend starting with 250mcg for a few days and then see how it goes. Good luck!

As Andy has said, 1ml or 2ml is OK.
If you're doing smaller doses then 2ml is generally better as it's easier to measure.

Sterile water is also alright, but you may want to preload and freeze.

You'll want insulin needles, I'd suggest BD Ultrafine+, either 0.5cc & 8mm or 1cc and 12.7mm. If you have low body fat, go for the shorter needles.

ml is a measure of volume
mcg is a measure of weight
They're not interchangeable and I'd suggest you have a quick look through our walkthrough on this board!

Thanks for all the info. I'm gonna add the 2ml. I'll start at the 250 mcg and when would I increase the dose. Just trying to stay away from the side effects and the color turning of my abundant freckles. How long before I attempt to tan in the beds or by natural sun?

you might never have to go more than .250 depending on how you respond to the* peptide , I never go more than .250 unless I'm looking for sexual sides* and get very dark in summer , so I would stay at .250 for a couple of weeks with UV* to see how you react going more might make you look too dark almost phony .
