    Melanotan 2 to Melanotan 1

Over the last two years I have used M2. The results were great and drastic. I am a type one, blonde hair blue eye and with the help of M2 got the first tan of my life. It was amazing and on top of that it helped relieve my sun allergy. The bad part, it made me extremely sick feeling and many small moles/freckles appeared on my arms and back. Nausea, headaches, and feeling tired and weak all the time really sucked. The sun I hoped to enjoy I could not because I always felt sick. I never dosed anything above .5mg either. I switches suppliers and the nausea and flu like side effects subsided while taking benadryl prior to every shot. More freckles appeared at dosing of .3mg. About six months ago I decided to stop all together. Slowly my tan faded and my sun allergy returned (although the freckles remain). I decided to try m1 and began dosing at .25mg. To my dismay I began having headaches and nausea again. I have a feeling the supplier sent me M2 and packaged it as M1. I really want to try find a reputable supplier to make sure its not an un-pure peptide causing the flu like symptoms. Has anyone else experienced similar problems? I always use sterile needles, never use a needle twice, always wipe my skin with alcohol prior to injection. I just find it weird why I would have worse side effects with M1 than I had with the second batch of M2, especially at such low doses. Any help or suggestions would be great.
    Thanks

    Re: MT2 to Melanotan 1

Welcome imnotalbino, thankful for the question - allow me to fire a quick clarification ? your direction
Can you honestly say when you were experimenting with MT-2, fighting through side-effects, each vial was yielding 20-50 separate injections? initial guess is you're like most folks and me particularly...you're melanocortin system and receptors require special due diligence to give cosmetic advantages while not slowing you down. The supplier does not scream issue from information presented...both products are not exactly a walk in the park..should get you there though with time - keep the faith, best of luck

Do you suggest keep dosing at low levels and the body will adjust to it? I have never dosed M1 or M2 above .5mg. Its just very frustrating. I believe all of us can relate to all the pale jokes and issues with being in the sun. I will contact the supplier of my issues, I hope no one else is feeling ill. Good luck everyone and I hope my experiences can give some guidance.

Allow me to mention how much I loved re-reading the first few lines imnotalbino, that first tan of a lifetime is something else*
Hopeful you'll soon gain clarity on the MT1 vs. MT-2 - between low dosages and similar side-effects...gets difficult to dial products and stimulate pigment accordingly. I do suggest staying at it, administering low doses so that they body adjusts. Further I like dosing a anti-histamine at first..helps to counter lethargy, upset stomach, etc for a sensitive system (always requiring a benadryl prior to dosing is overboard imho).
Years back, I recall using 20mg/vial Melanotan I...and would dose 250mcg, then 500mcg upwards to 2mg/injection...when rapid protection/pigmentation was the experiment - negative effects from the MT1 felt like mt2, however cleared quick and subsided asap (fyi)
