I don't experience much nausea even at 2 MG doses.* Maybe a little quizziness for 15-30 minutes.* My wife who is half my weight does get nauseous though not to the point of getting sick.* However, it can last for a number of hours at higher doses and is not pleasant.* However, I've found by giving her 10 MG of Comazine (Prochloreperazine) about a half hour prior to a dose of 2 MG there is only a mild and well tolerated nausea for a short period of time with only upside from there.* Compazine is a pill for nausea requiring a prescription.* It is very effective for mild nausea and seems to really counter the side effect.
Would be excellent content/topic if more could so kindly elaborate on the subj
Always cool to hear that there are plenty out there who respond well to the peptide.* 2mg dose is something I have never intentionally/purposefully planned on administering.* That dose of PT-141 or Melanotan II would remind me of side effects such as flushing, headache, histamine feeling like shit, sinus issue, gastro intestinal discomfort, painful priapsm (sp? erection issues)....* A glass of wine, advil and a joint would be the only hedge/cure if I were to attempt a 2mg PT-141 dosage (imagine)
Instead of dosing 2mg at once, my strategy would be to desensitize first (& take less).* Dose 250-500mcg the night before, and ~1mg the next day > should have results for around 72 hours
I have read elsewhere that for those who dont smoke herb, the rx script is effective
Nausea with Melanotan peptides is a huge issue and really sucks.* So many are unprepared and learn the hard way.* I mentioned recently how a small MT-II dose intramuscular made me instantly ill (first melanotan vomit experience to date...broke a long streak)
low and slow is the way to go.. and taking at night just before bed so that the sides are not "felt" helps alot.. the pt141 is great for this, but be warned, you may wake in the middle of the night for some crazy hanky panky.. works for me though..
