It is beyond belief that I have to continue to write about the problems with the flu vaccine.The flu vaccine has a long history of not protecting the vast majority who receives it from becoming ill with the flu.Nor does it change mortality rates.Nor does it change hospitalization rates.
The flu vaccine is ineffective for the elderly—the most susceptible group recommended to receive annual injections.Although the Powers-That-Be will say the flu vaccine is approximately 50% effective, the real data provides a different picture.(I have written about this many times in my newsletter and in blog posts. The Cochrane Collaboration, an independent group who does not take Big Pharma Cartel money has reported that the flu vaccine does not protect adults against influenza nor does it affect the number of people hospitalized for the flu. Furthermore, Cochrane scientists have reported that the flu vaccine does not prevent people from missing work due to influenza illness.
There is not one randomized, double-blind controlled study that shows the flu vaccine is effective at preventing the flu. Not one.In fact, there are studies that show those who get the flu vaccine are more susceptible to other viral agents.
Do all hospital workers need to be vaccinated with the flu vaccine?There is not a single study showing that this practice is effective.
I would take this a step further:no one needs a flu vaccine since it fails well over 50% who receives one.
Conventional doctors are proud to say they practice evidence-based medicine.The next time your health care provider tells you to get a flu vaccine, ask them to show you the evidence that the flu vaccine works.If they were truly practicing evidence-based medicine, they would refuse to vaccinate with a product that fails well over 50% who receives it.

The entire concept of vaccination is insane. If the medical profession could look beyond the ridiculous “Germ Theory” they would discover that microorganisms both good and bad proliferate in an imbalanced environment. The immune response occurs when the body sees something of which it is unfamiliar, not something known to it. Antibodies do not possess phagocytic power and are simply artifacts, both living and dead, that indicate or “mark” a previous encounter.
The body generates waste toxins produced by the disease. Recycling the urine during an illness will awaken the immune system and cause it to mount an adequate response. This is known as “autovaccination.” The ancient civilizations knew this going back thousands of years. Urine is mostly water and is quite sterile. Homeopathics can be made from it which increases the curative power exponentially.
Vaccines cannot possibly work. They contain deadly micorbes and toxic chemicals and heavy metals. All bad!
Hi Dr B, My husband and I (mid-60’s) do not get flu vaccine or the pneumonia vaccines, although we have been hounded numerous times to get both. My husband is an ER physician and is required to have a yearly flu vaccine. He refuses and must wear a mask with patients. In the 1970’s he became very,very ill (for weeks!) after receiving his last flu vaccine. He vowed never to have another. Our three adult children also no longer get them. In fact, our oldest son, who has an auto immune disease, also became very ill immediately after his last flu vaccine about 10 years ago. He knows it was that vaccine that did it and has sworn off them for good. Lastly, my late mother’s physician always asked if she wanted to have a flu and pneumonia vaccine. In recent years, however, he told me he didn’t think she needed them since they were both pretty much worthless… Good enough for me! She lived to be 90. My advice: Eat healthy, take your vitamins, wash your hands and get enough sleep.
Dr. B., The rehab hospital I work for (as the pharmacy director) currently has a policy that allows me to decline the flu vaccine, but requires wearing a mask in patient care areas. I’ve been looking for data/references that I can share to persuade the medical staff that both these mandates are ineffective and unnecessary, as well as being detrimental to my ability to communicate and consult with patients.

As a holistic nutritionist, who also studied science and did research, all I can say it is all fear /protocol based medicine. Not one of the doctors who promote flu vaccine would tell you to eat more vegetables and less animal products – making your body less acidic therefore less prone to any illness. Nutrition simply does not exist in their vocabulary ! Reduce inflammation, make your gut healthy and don’t worry. Flu even if you get one will not kill you ! We are what we eat !

if it fails 50% of people, then that means it gives protection to 50%? a lot of people would take those odds. so as for evidence based, is there evidence that getting it makes you susceptible to other viruses?
I thought when I read the Cochrane information a couple of years ago that it cited a roughly 1% effectiveness. Maybe that was just for that year. They talked about how it doesn’t behoove the CDC to publish the real data results, since the government spends so much money purchasing the vaccines every year, and that’s why it’s so heavily promoted in that sector. Like the title of a political book I read says, there are three types of lies. “Lies, Damn Lies, and Statistics”.
A statistician can make the numbers say what ever they want them to by “asking the right questions”, and not explaining the question to the readers.
I used to work in long term care and one of the reasons why I returned to school to become a holistic nutrition professional was b/c of the mandatory requirement of staff to receive the vaccine. I rarely got sick while working there and can’t even recall when I last had the flu….I appreciate the education you provide on this subject matter and I frequently share your posts. Yet sadly so many still believe that these vaccines are provided to “protect us” instead of the being part of the overall pharmaceutical scam. And also many people would rather get a shot instead of cleaning up their diet and supporting their immune/gut health. And sadly others in health care cannot afford to lose their jobs and thus are forced to get the vaccine
So why are those in health care forced to get one or be fired? Will this ever change? I fought for and was able to get a religious exemption, thankfully! Every year though, I hold my breath as to whether they will still honor it! I never get sick, but watch many of my co-workers come down with all sort of various illnesses after getting a flu shot.

My sister with MS x 25 yrs was talked into it after yrs of being told to never take one by another Dr. in another state. She stated several times she did not want it & eventually caved to the pressure. I was told I was putting my husband at risk if I didn’t get up to date on DPT etc.
I never went back & found a N.D.

Our large (employs over 5,000 statewide) medical center has a policy of firing anyone who won’t comply with their annual flu vaccination policy. This is criminal. I have heard annecdotally that a group of employees mounted a class action suit to fight this policy and lost. In addition, we have just had our first round of viruses that everyone seems to get coincidentally at the time everyone is lining up like sheep to get their flu shot. Is there a connection? Do the shots cause viruses to be sloughed off for a period of time after they are administered? Thank you Dr. Brownstein for your courageous stance. We all need to keep fighting against this heinous practice.

Getting a flu vaccine makes you more susceptible to other viruses. There are literally hundreds of flu-like viruses circulating at one time.

Being forced by their Clinic/hospital or seeing the promotions/fear may cause people to get the flu shot, but they don’t realize about people getting hurt by vaccines and flu shots. The flu shot is double dose for old people….hurts them more. MS people….they suggest the flu shot…to bad since their immune systems are low due to MS drugs and gluten/Celiac. They trust Conventional medicine and think their doctor is god. The MS people don’t realize they could heal if they got thyroid medicine/Vit B12 shot/Celiac help/supplements/detoxing. They want a simple solution, but reject LDN which helps the immune system and costs less then $1 a day. People think expensive help works better than cheap/natural help. People are not used to helping their own health due to the human body being taken out of the curriculum due to not being on the state test. They teach to the test. Getting rid of teaching to the test/common core may help. Forcing flu shots on people is sad. Nursing homes may force vaccines and antidpression medicine perhaps. I don’t know, but people are like zombies there when they were like “normal” at home. 2000mg of fish oil daily stopped my cold/flu for more than 20 years along with no gluten etc. Washing hands helps. Hand chemicals are not healthy and may cause bacteria resistant. The flu is a virus.
