Butyric acid is a naturally-occurring 4-carbon, fatty acid that is naturally formed in the healthy colon by the fermentation of dietary fiber by friendly bacteria. Butyric-Cal-Mag is a prime energy source for the lining of the gastrointestinal tract. In cell cultures, Butyric-Cal-Mag has been shown to promote normal differentiation and affect morphology and growth rate.
Dosage:
One (1) to two (2) capsules with each meal as a dietary supplement or as otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.
