PS. I am a patient of a quite influential head of
Cardiology at a major teaching hospital in the south
with whom i have a running battle over statins.
As well as having restored my heart function with
Jarrow CoQ10, which he refuses to acknowledge.

I live in Northern Ireland, and would love the audio or DVD, but it mightn’t work over here? I have your book on Thyroid. I’ve been taking Lugol’s drops for over a year. Also using Naturone a NATURAL progesterone cream that stabilises thyroid.
After having wakening temp. of low 96F, I’ve now had 3 consecutive days of 97.8. I’m chuffed!! Thank you for all your blogs. I’m 78 and plan to go for another lab test. I have refused treatment from doctor.

I have Hashimotos Thyroiditis and it seems it is very controversial whether or not you should supplement with a low dose of iodine with this condition. Some say it’s like throwing gasoline on fire.
I’d sure like to hear your opinion on this Dr. Brownstein.

Dear Dr Brownstein, if you do make a dvd or video recording of your lecture please let me know because I will want it. I paint Lugols iodine on my breasts when I can feel the hardness from the fibrocystic area, it clears in less than an hour, Great eh!
I have your iodine book and love it. I have told others about my “fix” and it works for them too.
Will this technique have any effect on the thyroid? Or do I need to ingest it?

I didn’t see another place to leave comments but wanted to share the success that I have as the result of taking iodine! I have had fibrocystic breast tissue and a cyst deep in my breast near the chest wall. I began
Taking iodine, lugo tab after reading your book and after one year of taking it when I went for my mammogram, for the first time in probably 5 plus years, the fibrous tissue is gone and they could not detect the cyst, I didn’t even have to go for the ultrasound or further testing like I had always had to,do. I am so excited and tell people about your book and the iodine every opportunity that arises. Thank you!
