Have you been getting UV? You wont tan without it. Have your moles darkened? This is usually the first effect that I notice, around 20-30mg in.

Yes I think those spots were always there (from previous sun damage) but you are only able to see them once you get a tan. MT therefore makes them visible but doesn't cause them.
