MK-677 for 21 year old

I have a friend who is 21 year old and he is thinking about doing a solo MK-677 cycle. It's an orally administrated growth hormone secretagogue. As far as I know it shouldn't suppress natural growth hormone levels but I'm thinking would he benefit from MK-677 at all if his GH levels are already probably really high because his diet is good, he is quite lean with a decent lean body mass.
MK-677 seems pretty safe but would there be any negative effects for a 21 year old? Would increased growth hormone levels affect his development in any way?

In my opinion, a 21-year-old won't get the same increases in growth hormone and IGF-1 when compared to someone in their 30's or 40's but I'm sure that he would get more growth hormone then he produces naturally.

21 year old people are still growing and shouldn't use drugs that affects their hormones in my opinion. There isn't enough research done on how it could affect him. He will have alot of time to use performance enhancing drugs later in life, why use them now when his growth hormone levels are very high, he is still growing and if there is a possibility to mess yourself up?
