    Bpc-157

How long should this be ran into an area before giving up on it?

I'm wondering because I've got a lot of areas that I'm working on.
I started sub - q at the elbow,,, and if it's not going to work for my elbow pain, I want to move on to the next spot asap.

A typical dose of BPC 157 is 200-300mcg. You should inject it quite frequently (2-3 times a day) and microdose it in the injured area. Typically people use it for 3-4 weeks and after that take a few weeks rest from it. If you are still having problems with the injury after that then you can run another 3-4 week cycle of BPC 157.

How long you are already using it and what's your dose?

    It's been about a week - 100 mcg twice/day.

I've been having problems getting a good sub q in the elbow area- tough spot to self inject.
Sometimes the needle comes out and I loose a little.
I think the pain is in the joint.
Is bpc 157 good for joint pain too?

BPC-157 doesn't have any painkilling benefits but some people report that it gives some kind of pain relief.
Yeah, it would be pretty hard to inject subQ in an elbow. Maybe you have someone who could help with injecting it?
I haven't used BPC-157, but from what I've read on various logs 200mcg/day is the smallest dose anyone uses, you should increase it to 200mcg twice a day I think because that's more common dose.

    thanks - I'll up it.
    Yea, elbow is tough.
I'm wondering if sub q is close enough to the problem are too.
I also have the low back and neck in que - thinking those are going to be even harder to inject.
