Issue with peptide calculator, or am I missing something?

If you set the calculator found at -
    https://researchpeptides.com/forums/58-peptide-calculator

    To 1ml
    5mg of peptide
    3ml of bac water
    0.250 (step 4)

    It says draw up to 8 ticks (0.08ml @ 100 unit / 1ml syringe)

That would mean 12 draws per syringe (for a total of .96ml), which would mean 36 draws total (12 draws x 3ml (3 syringes worth at 1cc/1ml))
    5mg / 36 = 138mcg per draw
Yet the calculator states that it is 33mcg per tick, but 8*33 = 264mcg per suggested draw of 8 ticks

So wtf is going on? How could this possibly be right? What is going on here that I am not understanding? Is the 5mg of BCP-157 adding volume and making the 138mcg draw into 250mcg? Thats the only thing that could possibly be off, but even that doesn't make sense because 3ml is still 3ml if the BPC-157 is diluted into it.

Again, im going on common sense here. For 5mg if you want 250mcg you need to draw 1/20th of whatever volume exists in the container to get 250mcg. So how could you possibly draw 1/36th and expect to get 250mcg???? Is the 5mg of BCP-157 adding volume to the 3ml that im not taking into consideration?

Wouldn't it make more sense to just put 2ml in and draw .1ml so each dose is 1/20th = 250mcg?

    This is regarding BCP-157

So you added 3ml bac water to 5mg peptide vial right?

That means 3x full 1ml syringes..

    5000mcg/3=1666

1ml syringe has 50 tick marks

    1666/50=33mcg

    Everything looks right to me..

Does your insulin syringe have 50 ticks or 100? On mine it says 10....20....30....40. Where 10, 20 means units but lines inbetween - ticks. I have seen that some insulin syringes has 100 ticks and if your does then you would need to draw up to 15th tick mark if you want a 250mcg dose. But yeah mixing it with 2 ml would be much easier to understand doses.

I found an image with two different types of insulin syringes, you probably have the upper ones.
