Yes they can. Ask your chinese source if they use some kind of stealth and do they reship/refund incase customs seize it.

It is class C schedule drug. Possession is lawful as long as the drug is for personal use. It can also be imported or exported for personal use where a person physically carries out that importation or exportation. Unauthorised supply or production is an offence and carries a maximum of 14 years’ imprisonment and a fine.
You won't have any problem importing 100iu's, they can't seize it either.
If you just buy 100iu,under normal circumstances,there is no problem with the customs
Usually it won't have any problems, and also it's easier to send them without labels.
It will be tetter to choose the Special White Powder chanel!
Customs can be worrisome, it just depends how good they are packaged.. but its definitely better to get them from within the US if you are Based in the US. Can help direct you to a guy!!!
