Has anyone used slin to help get inside the ketosis faster?
It sounds quite dangerous but I'd love to hear something from experience..

I assume that idea behind this is reduce blood glucose levels?
I've heard that multiple doses of leucine would do similar thing, and that is way way safer, then taking insulin without carbohydrates.
I've done this before dude.
When I was dieting on keto friday was always my cheat day. And saturday I was using fast acting insulin, I injected less then 1iu
every 3 hours without eating any carbs and by the sunday morning I was back in ketosis already.
But after some time I tried to do the same with Leucine and found it works as good, so I don't suggest you to use insulin to induce ketosis. If you want something that speeds up entry in to ketosis then use Leucine.
You definitely need a blood sugar meter if you are going to do this. It might be tricky and also dangerous. Stay safe bro
